Vendor Class Identifier Changes for DHCP Requests

The traditional Client Vendor Name has been updated for some Windows-based devices. This value used to be simply "MSFT 5.0." Some devices will now show up as "MSFT 5.0" or "android-dhcp-13."

* "android-dhcp-13" corresponds to an Android device running Android 13. * "MSFT 5.0" corresponds to Windows 2000 and above, including Vista, 7, and 8. This change is due to a new standard from the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The new standard is designed to reduce the administrative burden and complexity of configuring hosts on a network.
